An important notice for our online shopping customers
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation, our online shopping supplier has notified us that there may be some disruptions to Customer Service availability over the phone and via email, as well as possible delays to order packing and delivery times. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive.
To ensure that as many of our clients as possible are able to provide their pets with what they need, we are temporarily limiting orders of selected products to 3 items per order.
Email is currently the most reliable way to contact Customer Service. Please note that the team are receiving a higher than usual volume of orders and enquiries, but will aim to respond to your enquiry within one business day.
